Employee Travel
Earn unlimited standby travel for you and your immediate family on United, effective upon the date of hire. Discounts at other airlines begin after 6 months.
Medical Insurance
Three affordable plan options with various coinsurance and deductible levels are offered through United Healthcare. Options include a full range of preventative, emergency/urgent care, inpatient/surgical, prescription drugs, mental health, and other coverages. The plan is effective the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Teladoc
Teladoc is the largest provider of telehealth medical consults in the United States, giving you 24/7/365 access to quality medical care through phone and video consults. Talk to a doctor anytime from anywhere you may be traveling for free with no copay.
Dental Insurance
Two dental plan options through Delta Dental offer different levels of coverage based on your needs. Plans are effective the first of the month following the date of hire.
Vision Insurance
Our vision plan is administered by EyeMed Vision Care and is effective the first of the month following the date of hire.
Group Life Insurance
CommuteAir provides full-time employees with company-paid group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Coverage is 100% of your basic earnings to a maximum of $100,000 for life and AD&D insurance coverage.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees who want to supplement their group life insurance benefits may purchase additional coverage for themselves, their spouses, and dependents.
Short-Term Disability and Buy-Up Options
CommuteAir provides employees with company-paid short-term disability income benefits if they become disabled from a non-work-related injury.
Sick Time
After ninety days of employment, sick leave will accrue monthly. Accrued time can be carried over from year to year.
401(k)
The Company will match 50% of the employee contribution, each pay period, up to a maximum of 16% of the annual salary. You are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

United Healthcare offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that includes free services and proactive resources that provide support for personal problems, workplace challenges, and health and wellness concerns.
