Incentives for New-Hire Aircraft Maintenance Technicians

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Eligible new-hire aircraft maintenance technicians, including fully-licensed A&P’s working as Mechanics, Crew Leads, or Quality Control Inspectors at CommuteAir will now be eligible for a variety of new incentives.

In exchange for a minimum one-year commitment, a tooling allowance of $5,000 will be offered for those starting at Washington Dulles (IAD), Albany, N.Y. (ALB), and Lincoln, Neb. (LNK). New hires will also receive up to $5,000 in relocation reimbursement for all maintenance bases. In addition to a recent pay increase across the system, CommuteAir offers commensurate pay based on years of experience from the start as well as unlimited travel privileges on United Airlines for employees and their families on day one.
